Our trip to Germany ... June, July 2008

I was for the first time in Germany, for Valeria on the other hand, this return was of great importance. Now I understand why there is always a glimmer of sadness in her eyes when she is in Italy , I had not previously understood that: Valeria was simply homesick!

After a 12 hour long journey we reached Oberammergau, and the Sporthotel Wolf (this structure is dedicated to tourists with their dogs). The city is wonderful, characteristic of the rich decoration of the buildings.

The landscape is charming, the Alps, lakes, rivers, castles and all those blue sky.......

I love Bayern!

The best for me is the civilization of the Germans! I know that it will make you smile because it is normal not to throw papers or dog pee's and poo's on the floor or while you're driving NOT constantly to honk , to curse and so forth and so on. NOW I also understand why Valeria is not accustomed to southern Italy, she is precisely German!
We were barely back in Italy that a car driver throwed a Mac Donald's bag out of his window and it stucks to our car: "We are back in Italy ......" I sadly said

I believe that Italy could be a civilian and very nice land, if each of us at least one time in our life looks how people live in Germany!

For Vale, it was the return back to her home, her happiness was obvious, her eyes lit up once again!

I hope that these photos can give you a little bit of that what my eyes saw , I just wanted to note all those things with my photo camera even though I sometimes had to laugh, for example, as Valeria went in the cold Alp-lake and Caramel stalked her after her even though she didn't like the cold water :-) or as Valeria told the Japanese tourists where is located the Coliseum (????), or whenever she was surrounded by children (Valeria loves children!) and then they could very carefully give caresses to our Frida and then they look at us with those bright eyes.
